Location - incredible, near to all the wonderful attractions as well as Palazzo del Giglio.

Impeccably clean accommodation, extremely helpful staff with the receptionist about this. A wide array of options, good food. Incredible, ideal location to Marko palace. Based near to venice from florence by train, Piazza San Marco and other sites and the various orchestral concerts. A charming small and well priced hotel, my first choice in Venice...

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, free and great breakfast.

Everything was very comfortable here, and the views were magnificent. The rooms were good sized and airy, with a mini kitchenette, climate control, and a lounge area, exceptionally comfortable bed. The food was outstanding and fab, included chocolate, coffee, and scrambled eggs.

Everything was perfect, had a perfectly pleasant stay on vacation. The staff were all proactive and the breakfast was free and great with juices, pastries. The location was fantastic, within a close distance from a grand showpiece square.

The position of the hotel was comfortable, to all the main sites in the islands from here. The stuff were genuinely helpful and provided help.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vaporetto stop and in a beautiful plaza. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bowl of fruit and bottle of Proscecco waiting for us. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering advice on places to visit and even arranging concert tickets for us. the service was outstanding, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our stay.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

proximity to things and easy to get to from vaporetto

The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was small but exactly what we needed, a nice, comfortable place to sleep and rest during our trip. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the main plaza to be peaceful, but close enough that we were in the middle of everything in minutes. We really liked this hotel, and plan to stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

This hotel was charming small and well-appointed in every respect, had attentive staff with the receptionist about this. The room we booked was a nice size with spectacular views. The breakfast was great, the food was good. The location was ideal, for example, a grand showpiece square was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. The hotel was in a perfect area, not far from many tourist attractions and water bus stop to airport and traghetto stops.

Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were not very helpful. It was in an excellent location with a cathedral church nearby.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a charming plaza just a stone's throw away from major attractions. The convenience of being right next to the vaporetto stop made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully decorated with Venetian charm, and the terrace view of the city was simply breathtaking. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a delightful way to start the day.
